Responsibilities
Daily Responsibilities
â ¢Welcoming new customers to our store in person and over the phone with warmth and competence, knowing our customers determine our pay
â ¢Using a consultative selling process to match the best vehicle to the customer's needs
â ¢Spending some time throughout the day working face to face with customers outside on the lot and in the showroom while also working in front of a computer, calling, emailing, and texting to generate appointments
â ¢Creating a great vehicle delivery experience
â ¢Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction
â ¢Prospecting through referrals and other creative approaches
â ¢Setting and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals
â ¢Becoming a passionate ambassador of our brand and embodiment of our company vision
In order to increase earning potential, enjoy time off, and become eligible for advancement, our Sales Consultants receive daily coaching and their performance is measured by:
â ¢Targeted unit sales and gross profit requirements
â ¢Daily activities such as # of phone and email conversations
â ¢Targeted Customer Satisfaction scores
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
â ¢High school diploma or equivalent
â ¢Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
â ¢Some prior sales or customer service experience
â ¢Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
â ¢Ability to set and achieve goals
â ¢Experience and desire to work with technology
â ¢Valid in-state driver's license with acceptable, safe driving record

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
