Accounting Clerk

Job Description
Immediate opening - we are looking for an accounting clerk to add to our multi-dealership corporate accounting office. Need a dependable, detail oriented individual that can work well with management and dealership vendors.
Responsibilities
Various accounting entries, monthly reports, maintaining detailed excel spreadsheets and filing system. Other clerical duties to be assigned as needed.
Qualifications
Qualifications include proficiency in Microsoft Office, attention to detail, accuracy and a professional quality of work, excellent oral and written communication skills. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
