Duties include appointment setting, answering questions regarding company products and services, assisting with customer accounts and customer follow-ups. No sales, billing or collections involved. Must have a friendly, upbeat phone presence and enjoy helping others. You will need basic computer skills including email, internet searches, and Microsoft Office applications. Must be able to work without supervision and able to multi-task. We have the latest in Virtual Office technology so that you may work from your remote location. Reliable, up to date computer with high speed internet required, along with a reliable phone with long distance and 3-way calling capabilities. Work PT or FT and enjoy flexible hours.
