Dermatologist in the Bountiful area seeks talented, experienced full time front desk receptionist
Duties Include:
Greet and check-in patients.
Utilize electronic scheduling
Perform insurance verification/authorizations patient eligibility
Answer phones and schedule appointments
Collect balances and co-pays
Post payments and charges into the computer
Other duties as assigned
Strong computer skills needed.
Must possess superior communication skills and phone etiquette as well as patient relations skills.
Must be able to multi-task.
Only candidates with the required medical office experience will be considered.
