Office Assistant
Xerveo is a fast growing company inside of the weight loss industry. We market a weight loss beverage through a direct sales distribution channel in 7 countries around the world.
We're looking for an addition to the distributor relations team. This individual should be organized, have experience in an office setting, have a tremendous work ethic, skilled in computers particularly typing speeds as well as a familiarity with Mac computers.
This position starts at $13.00 per hour with room to grow. Work answering emails, phone calls and handling shipping and commission issues from distributors around the world.
Type 50 words or more per minute
- Familiarity with Mac computers
- Strong work ethic
- Organization skills
- Previous experience in an office setting, preferably as an office manager
- Honest
- Intelligent and able to solve problems quickly
- Full time position, 9 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday
- Able to pass a background check
