SNF Clinical Educator
Rocky Mountain Care is a regional healthcare company located in Bountiful, Utah. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our Education and Compliance Team who has exceptional leadership, management and clinical skills and can provide clinical support to our seven (7) skilled nursing facilities in Utah and Wyoming. This individual will be responsible for providing the clinical education and oversight to ensure regulatory compliance at each location.
- Current RN license in good standing
- Minimum of 5 years working in a SNF with at least 3 years of leadership/management experience
- Travel to locations in Utah and Wyoming
- Development & revision of clinical policies and procedures
- Survey preparedness
- Assist in the development of performance improvement plans
- Provides training and orientation to DON/ ADON
- May be asked to serve as interim DON in the absence of DON
- Member of Education and Compliance Team and attend regular meetings
- Coordinates and Conducts monthly DON meeting
