Customer service and a great work environment are paramount at our dealership!!! The goal of this position is to assist our customers with all of our service needs. That means building loyalty and trust, and creating an overall positive experience.
Responsibilities:
Provide a high level of customer service to all internal and external customers. Scheduling appointments Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtain vehicle information. Write up customer's vehicle problems accurately and clearly on a repair order. Provide a complete and accurate written estimate for labor and parts. Conducting post-repair follow-up Resolving customer complaints
Great Attitude! Two to four years related experience and/or training. ADP experience preferred Excellent customer service skills Must be organized Ability to work with little supervision The drive to succeed in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Valid driver's license and good driving required.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
