Office Manger
Small office seeks Office Manager to be the face of a successful family business. Must have:
friendly personality, assertive, bubbly, enthusiastic, demonstrate exceptional telephone skills, flexibility and motivation to go above and beyond to satisfy customers. Experience with Illustrator, creative Suite, QuickBooks Pro and SAGE a plus., Will track orders, manage accounts, organize files, maintain vendor contacts and create/edit artwork for imprinting and embroidery.
The candidate selected will be a extremely customer service oriented, a team-player, friendly, dependable, a self-starter, energetic, enthusiastic with excellent references and a willingness to learn.
