Greet Patients:
Welcome patients with a friendly demeanor, check them in, and assist with any initial inquiries.
Phone Management:
Answer incoming calls promptly, direct calls to the appropriate departments, and take accurate messages.
Insurance Authorization:
Understand and process health, auto, and workers' compensation insurance claims.
Verify coverage and obtain necessary authorizations.
Administrative Tasks:
Handle administrative duties such as sending faxes, scanning documents, and maintaining organized files.
Appointment Scheduling:
Efficiently schedule patient appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate with healthcare providers.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with other staff members to ensure seamless communication and patient care.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Previous receptionist or front desk experience preferred.
Multitasking Skills:
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising accuracy.
Organization:
Keep track of appointments, paperwork, and office supplies.
Dependability:
Punctuality and commitment to long-term employment.
Self-Sufficiency:
Proactive problem-solving and ability to work independently.
Professionalism:
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with patients and colleagues.
Schedule:
M 7 - 5 T 12 - 6 W 7 - 5 T 12 - 6 F 7 - 3 TRAINING WILL BE DONE IN THE MURRAY LOCATION FOR APPROX.
4 WEEKS TRAINING HOURS WILL BE 9 - 5, MONDAY - FRIDAY
