Mo' Bettahs is a fast-casual restaurant specializing in Hawaiian-style comfort foodWe are currently seeking a Dishwasher to join our team and help ensure a clean and sanitary environment for our guestsAs a Dishwasher, you will play a vital role in the smooth operation of our kitchen by maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards.Responsibilities Operate an industrial dishwasher to clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and other kitchenwareSort and stack clean dishes and utensils in designated storage areasMonitor and maintain dishwasher water temperature and detergent levelsHand wash delicate kitchenware and equipment that are not dishwasher safeAssist with basic food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables or portioning ingredientsRemove trash and recycling from the kitchen area and dispose of them appropriatelySweep and mop kitchen floors to maintain cleanlinessRequirementsProven experience as a Dishwasher or in a similar roleStrong knowledge of dishwashing best practices and safety proceduresAbility to handle and operate an industrial dishwasherExcellent time management skills and ability to work under pressureDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentAvailability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysBenefitsFree Food & SnacksTraining & DevelopmentWellness ResourcesStock Option Plan Recommended Skills Attention To Detail Coordinating Hardworking And Dedicated Safety Principles Stress Management Sweeping Apply to this job.
