Job Description
Bountiful Mazda is seeking a general manager to continue taking care of our customers as well as growing the business. The dealership has been in business for 15 years and we have built a good reputation in the industry, community, and with our customers. We want to expand our company to a new level both in revenue and customer experience. We have held high standards at our store since opening in 2002. We need a candidate to follow suit. Mazda has taken their product to a new level of customer centric features with a taste of a premium look, at affordable prices. We are looking for the right person that has new car franchise general management experience under their belt that can, and wants, to take us to the next level of performance. Having a strong used car background is a plus.
Responsibilities
The candidate will assume responsibility and accountability for customer retention, customer satisfaction, dealership reputation, and profitability of each department in the dealership. This candidate will use sound business practices to help plan, motivate, and coordinate activities of the management teams throughout the organization. Hiring, training, motivating, and creating sustainable processes is necessary element for the success of this position.
Qualifications
Candidate must have experience and a proven track record as a General Manager of a new car franchise. CSI standards must be at a high level. A college degree is great, but not needed. Any industry focused training or certification is a plus. We are a drug free environment and a drug screen is required for employment. You must also meet our insurance requirements for our garage insurance. Those candidates without the listed qualifications need not apply. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
