Job starting in FEBRUARY 2024-Independent Contractor (you wil receive a 1099 at the end of the year)
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Property Manager in daily operations and management of the property - Handle tenant inquiries and provide excellent customer service - Conduct property tours and show available units to prospective tenants - Assist with lease administration, including lease renewals and move-ins/move-outs - Pick up supplies - Assist with delinquency management - Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation - Assist with marketing efforts to attract new tenants - Support the Property Manager in ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management (3 years minimum, preferably with minimum of 20
units) - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of legal administrative procedures related to property management - Basic understanding of property maintenance and repair processes - Conflict management skills to handle tenant disputes or complaints effectively - Understanding of property management contracts and real estate administrative processes Job Type:
Part-time Pay:
$2,000.

Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Work Location:
