com/ As an Auto Shop Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment of quality mechanics into the fleet, oversee the maintenance of our vehicles, and keep detailed records of vehicle servicing and inspections.
You will be responsible for scheduling regular vehicle maintenance to ensure operational efficiency and safety, among other duties.

Lead team of Mechanics to ensure safety and upkeep of our vehicles Assisting in the recruitment of quality drivers into the fleet Developing efficient maintenance schedules to maximize profits Managing teams so they adhere to strict schedules Developing strategies for greater fuel efficiency Maintaining detailed records of vehicle servicing and inspections Complying with U.

Department of Transport laws and regulations Scheduling regular vehicle maintenance to ensure operational efficiency Ensuring strict servicing and maintenance times to minimize downtime and maintain schedules Monitoring driver behavior and ensuring a high level of customer service Analyzing data to increase business operational efficiency, improve spending, and maximizing profit Utilizing GPS systems to monitor drivers and track vehicles in case of theft Assist management with decision-making for purchasing/renting vehicles Registering and licensing all vehicles under their management Requirements:
Automotive parts experience Automotive parts, equipment and systems knowledge Knowledge of cataloging and/or inventory management systems a plus Take pride in delivering excellent customer service, excellent interpersonal skills Available to work flexible work schedule Thrive in a busy, fast-paced retail environment Excellent communication and organizational skills Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication Spanish is a plus Job Type:
