Adair is a wellestablished and leading attorney in the Utah State Family Law Bar.
The Law Firm invites experienced applicants to apply who are interested in working in a high quality legal environment.
As a successful Firm the Firm will provide a professional level salary salary is competitive and negotiable based on experience employee bonuses IRA retirement contributions and percent individual health insurance premium coverage as well as paid vacations and holidays.

Draft legal pleadings including Motions Affidavits and Memorandums.
.
Perform legal research.
.
Interact extensively with Firm clients and prospective clients.
.
Schedule initial consultations with prospective clients and appointments with clients.
.
Schedule hearings with various courts.
.
Schedule mediation sessions with mediators and other attorneys.
.
Interact extensively with other attorneys and other support personnel.
.
Draft letters and email clients and other attorneys extensively.
.
Calendar court deadlines.
.
Perform some accounting functions and process credit card transactions.
.
Perform TimeSlip billing.
.
Experience working as a paralegallegal assistant is required.

A.
degree andor paralegal education is also valued but not required.
.
Type at least words per minute with proof by typing test.
.
Attention to detail good organizational skills and customer service skills.
.
Reliability and professional presentation.
.
Need to have or obtain notary public.
.
Desire to work in area of family law.
.
Competitive professional level salary dependent upon experience.

Paid twice monthly through direct deposit administered for Firm by HR company.

Bonus pay depending upon performance.
